I excel at organizing ideas and data into a format that is useful for my audiences, whether they are customers, co-workers or executives. A broad knowledge of technology tools – from spreadsheets and databases to statistics applications and, now, various programming languages – allows me to understand and improve each step of the process in delivering a better product. Over the course of my career, that product has ranged from visitor experiences in National Parks, to department store customer service, to K-12 educational services. My current training to receive another bachelor’s degree – in Computer Information Technology – is providing me with additional tools for providing executives the technology resources and clear information they need to provide excellent service.
